Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabin is wired for 200 mg Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet/TV service. Hochatown is also a growing town that has not caught up to big city infrastructure. We do have occasional power outages that are out of our control, no refund is offered for temporary power outages or internet outages. It does also occasionally snow in Hochatown, we encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance if you are concerned about your travel plans. A starter of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and basic seasonings will be provided for your stay. Our cabin has fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills and connected directly to main cabin propane. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent fires. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
